Carson City's Mark Twain Days

Suzanne is excited to participate in this year's Mark Twain Days celebration on October 18, 2025. She'll be giving a free writers' workshop at 12:00 noon on Saturday at the Brewery Arts Center (449 W King St, Carson City). 

Join her for Only in Nevada. Imagine what’s uniquely Nevadan. Whether it’s a memory of times past, an encounter that changed you, or a description of our desert landscapes, you have something to share. In this 60-minute workshop, author Suzanne Morgan Williams will set the stage with visual and sensory prompts and share writing tips to immerse readers in your story – whatever it is. There will be time to write and, if you choose, to share.
